Key Responsibilities:

  • Influence technical product strategy by understanding business and technical needs to deliver valuable functionality.
  • Build relationships with key users, leadership, and suppliers to ensure smooth collaboration across teams.
  • Ensure product and system availability to meet business needs, including participation in an on-call support rotation.
  • Support team efforts in project delivery, tracking progress, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data networking, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in systems integration, implementation, and support.
  • Strong skills in SQL, Python, shell scripting, and experience with Oracle/SQL Server databases.
  • Preferred experience in electric utility metering or billing, Agile software delivery environments, and certifications in applicable technical disciplines.
