Registered Dental Hygienist (Part-Time) | Sanford L. Barr, DDS
Sanford L. Barr, DDS is seeking a friendly, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team on a part-time basis. We are looking for a hygienist who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and building lasting relationships with patients.
Schedule
Part-Time Position
Friday: 8:00 AM
- 2:00 PM
Appointment Times
Recall & Periodontal Maintenance Appointments: 60 minutes
Compensation
$55-$60 per hour OR
35% of adjusted production
Compensation structure will be based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities
Perform preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene procedures
Conduct patient assessments and document findings
Take digital radiographs (X-rays)
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Perform scaling, root planing, and periodontal maintenance as needed
Collaborate with the doctor and team to deliver excellent patient care
Qualifications
Current local anesthesia certification (if required by state law)
Strong communication and patient education skills
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality care
Experience preferred, but motivated candidates are encouraged to apply
