Our client in Frisco, Texas is seeking a File Clerk to support their Lending Division.


This role is temporary for at least 6+ months but could go longer


Position is 100% onsite in Frisco, Texas


Schedule is 8am-5pm CST


100% onsite


Position will be working within a file room for at least 6 hours of the day. MUST be okay with doing repetitive work.



PAY IS $18/hr


Responsibility

  • Review and process vehicle documentation for secured personal loans
  • Create accounts in the Title Management System
  • Checks for accuracy in the customer provided documentation and ensures that all information meets Oportun’s standards
  • Reports to management on the status of any missing or problem
  • Maintain current knowledge of all applicable lending regulations and Oportun Policies
  • Effective communicates and collaborates with business partners to ensure application information and documentation is escalated/routed accurately


Qualifications

  • General office administration, data entry and computer skills
  • High attention to detail with ability to solve complex work related problems
  • Good oral/written communication with strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Previous customer service / call center experience preferred
