Are you a Production Manager from an industrial manufacturing background, looking to join an industry leading company, where you will oversee all operations and play a key role in the company’s success in the coming years?

In this role, you'll oversee production, from scheduling to quality control, utilising your expertise to optimize processes and ensure the highest standards of safety and performance.
This company are looking for a proven leader, looking to continuously improve their career, looking to step into a Vice President position.
This company are in the forefront of their industry and are well known for developing new technologies that are used globally. They are looking for a motivated Production Manager to take lead of all plant operations.
On offer is a Monday – Friday days based position. As the leader on the production floor of 40 engineers, you'll set the example for professionalism and punctuality, driving the company towards its goals of operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
This role would suit a seasoned Production Manager with a background in manufacturing operations, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to driving efficiency, quality, and team success.
The Position:
* Report Inventory and order materials.
* Offer hands on support to the production floor.
* Ensure production checks are met.
* Responsible for hiring staff and building your own team.
* Days based role.
The Person:
* Management experience.
* Heavy Industrial Experience.
* Production planning/Warehouse management experience.
