As we grow our client base, we are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join our team and help us deliver exceptional results to our clients.



Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Marketing Project Manager. As a Project Manager at Five Tool, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful onboarding of new clients and the smooth execution of marketing projects throughout the client engagement. You will work closely with our account strategists, content creators, and various stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.


Salary + Benefits

  • Base salary: 60k+ per year
  • Bonus target: 10% of base
  • Health, Dental, and Vision


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Account Strategist (AS) to initiate the onboarding process, including project setup and task/timeline planning, resource allocation, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and contractors.
  • Create and maintain detailed task descriptions and templates in Asana, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Participate in project planning meetings with the Account Strategist to review project plans, make necessary refinements, and communicate changes to internal stakeholders/contractors.
  • Oversee billable hours by client, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings throughout each client engagement, ensuring alignment with other client meetings and reporting timelines.
  • Gather and report weekly blockers across all stakeholders for each client, facilitating timely resolution.
  • Coordinate post-meeting action items and pre-meeting updates with the Account Strategist.
  • Monitor project hours to stay within allocated hours, communicating any changes to clients and internal stakeholders/contractors.
  • Manage resourcing for all client tasks, identifying opportunities for improvement in resourcing and task assignment.


Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of project management experience in a marketing agency setting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (we use Asana, but proficiency with/ any similar PM tool will do).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess project hours and resource allocation effectively.
  • Local to Atlanta, GA. We’re typically in the office 3 days/week.
