Who You Are:

  • 3+ years in planning, buying, and purchasing for manufacturing or related industries, having managed hundreds to thousands of parts across multiple locations.
  • A true team player who values humility and open communication, ready to grow and accept feedback.
  • Strong history of handling high-volume purchasing and planning across multiple sites.


What You’ll Do:

  • Plan and Purchase: Manage the procurement of assigned products or materials, ensuring optimal cost and inventory management while minimizing risks.
  • Manage the buying process of 100’s of products for multiple sites. This is not buying for the main company - you are supporting 10+ sites, each with different product needs.
  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating favorable terms and managing contracts effectively.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels using our advanced ERP system, ensuring availability and safety stock levels are maintained.
  • Bring and show a continuous improvement mindset

Qualifications:

  • 3+ Years Experience in Planning, Purchasing, Supply Chain or Inventory
  • Multi-location buying experience - buy/plan for 5X companies
  • History of handling high volume of parts, invoices, sites


Compensation: $60-75k 10% bonus
