Job Title: Kronos Admin
Location: Manchester, Connecticut
Duration: 6 months contract
Job Description:
· Administrative management of associates time and attendance
· Job code allocation to associates
· Verify daily that associates are systemically on the clock while working in the building.
· Verify daily that associates are assigned a Labor Management assignment
Responsibilities:
· Familiarity with a distribution environment
· Basic understanding of business financial reports and information
· Experience in managing process and operational escalations
Experience:
· 2 years of Payroll and Labour Management System Experience in distribution environment
Skills:
· Knowledge of payroll policies and procedures
· Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
· Must be able to work needed schedule to perform assigned duties
· Proficient use of personal computer for data entry and research purposes
· Highly motivated, self-starter and team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Education:
· High School education or equivalent.
