The Role:

The Specialist role at H7 Capital will provide critical support to the H7 management team while gaining invaluable exposure to private market investing. For strong performers, there is a clear path to grow into an investment professional within the firm, leveraging the skills and knowledge gained to take on more significant responsibilities.

Office Support:

  • Assist with clerical tasks, including answering phones and maintaining an organized office environment.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and services.
  • Assist in coordinating the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.

CRM Management:

  • Assist the investment team in maintaining and enhancing the CRM for deal pipeline and service provider communications.

Meeting Coordination:

  • Schedule meetings and appointments, organize and provide general support to visitors.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Administration Tasks:

  • Assist with special projects, design and produce documents, reports, and presentations,
  • Collect and prepare information for colleagues and outside parties, compose and prepare correspondence.
  • Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for the team

Investment Process and Reporting:

  • Assist the investment team with the preparation of reports, investment committee memorandums, and presentations.
  • Assist in compiling quarterly reports on the investment portfolio.
  • Gain exposure to investment sourcing, negotiations and documentation processes.



Requirements:

A successful candidate must possess very high standards of professional ethics and integrity.

  • An undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or other

relevant major (will consider candidate nearing completion of degree)

  • 0-3 years of prior professional work experience
  • An ability to synthesize information into concise and actionable recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate and present ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.
