Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Behavioral Health Technician located in Covington, GA. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will be responsible for implementing behavior interventions, conducting assessments, and providing support to individuals with behavioral and developmental needs. You will work closely with a team of professionals, including behavior analysts and educators, to create and implement individualized behavior plans. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications

  • Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
  • Experience in behavioral intervention and psychology
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Experience working with individuals with behavioral and developmental needs
  • Experience in the field of special education or related field
  • Certifications in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus
