Position Overview:

Primo Pro is seeking a motivated Junior RMF Engineer to join our team on a hybrid, contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of NIST Controls, IV&I, and the CMMI maturity model, with a passion for cybersecurity and a desire to grow within our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of RMF processes and procedures.
  • Conduct security control assessments based on NIST guidelines.
  • Analyze and interpret security requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and analysts to develop and maintain security documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Authorized to work in the USA without a sponsorship from the company
  • Knowledge of NIST Controls, IV&I, and the CMMI maturity model.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Security+, CISSP) are a plus.
