This individual will be responsible for accurately diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a variety of powersports vehicles including ATVs, motorcycles, and side-by-sides. This is a senior-level position requiring leadership, technical expertise, and a customer-first mindset.Key Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and fuel system issues on a wide range of powersports vehicles. Perform routine maintenance, advanced repairs, and performance upgrades. Accurately document all work performed and recommended services in our dealer management system. Conduct pre-delivery inspections and quality control checks on new and used units. Assist in mentoring junior technicians and provide technical guidance as needed. Stay current on manufacturer service bulletins, recalls, and technical updates. Ensure all work meets dealership, manufacturer, and safety standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Communicate with Service Advisors and customers regarding repair timelines and outcomes when required.Qualifications Minimum 5years of hands-on experience in powersports or motorcycle repair. Certifications from manufacturers such as Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, or Can-Am preferred. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills across all vehicle systems. Proficient with electronic diagnostic tools and repair software. Ability to lift 50lbs and work in a physically demanding environment. Must have own professional-grade toolset.
