The Senior Project Manager will work onsite to administer and execute heavy civil projects in a timely, profitable manner ensuring quality. Must lead the planning and development of project deliverables, manage the budget, work plans and project management procedures.


Job Requirements:

B.S. Degree in Engineering

10+ years of related experience

2+ years of project management experience (contract value $10M+)

Heavy construction site experience (roads, bridges, environmental, support of excavation, foundations, sewers or sewer wastewater treatment plants)

Ability to meet deadlines, influence project outcome and attention to detail

Requires strong communication, the ability to see things through and enjoy fast paced

Report project progression and challenges to leadership

Safety leader, adhere to OSHA standards, AHAs and daily Tool Box Talks

Estimate reviews, submissions for payment, report extra work contracts, review invoices, forecast, process estimates and change orders

Responsible for payroll reporting, payroll forecasting, accuracy and petty cash

Ability to coordinate all project scheduling

Supervise, train and develop the team as required
