Position Details:

Client: Banking Customer

Title: Project Manager

Location: 100% Remote – WFH

Duration: 18 Months Contract

Notes:

• This is more of a Techno Functional PM role.

• Project is about replacing the current Account Reconciliation Systems.

• Multiple lines of business.

• Worked on Agile methodology to deliver a project.

• Someone who has managed Complex & Large Projects with different pieces to it.

• Tech Team has started doing the development and the expected migration is scheduled for next year.

• Communication is the key since the PM will be dealing with different groups.

• Techno Functional Project Manager is what they are looking for.

• Domain - Payments, Deposits experience will be a great plus.

• Domain experience is required.

Business Initiative/Purpose:

• Build and Deliver a new in-house solution for the Account Reconciliation process/product suite.

Bachelor Degree:

• Preferred but Not Required.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver strategic a highly complex project with multiple workstreams that support best-in-class product experiences for clients and teammates.

• Provide consistent, reliable, and effective project management by ensuring all major and minor projects are completed on time, in scope, and within budget.

• Provide subject matter expertise on project management, project scope definition, risk identification/mitigation, use of project methodology, resource allocation, facilitation, and knowledge transfer. support Agile project methodologies.

• Coordinate and Manage resources, budgets, and deadlines among technology, Client’s lines of business, and third-party service providers.

Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences:

• 5+ years of project management experience working on large complex initiatives.

• Proficient in Agile project methodology.

• Experience working across multiple teams including both technical and business unit.

Plus/Nice to Have Skills/Prior Experiences:

• PMP.
