Pay Range: $65 - $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:


  • These roles will support not only the Global Sanctions (OFAC) Screening replacement project (attached) but also a transaction screening project that’s soon to be formally announced.
  • Projects are closely related in terms of delivery team, stakeholders, and functionality… so the baseline value proposition Is having one team of capable resources in place to drive both efforts, rather than 2 separate teams.
  • Sanctions are time-critical due to end of life / end of support concerns with the current platform in Aug of 2025.
  • So, a team really cannot afford any false starts in getting the right team in place to drive the programs forward.


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:


  • Skills-AML/Anti Money Laundering, Agile methodology and Rally/PMLC.
  • Extensive experience defining and documenting business, functional non-functional requirements.
  • Support the coordination and execution of the Program Manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Test Team.
  • Experience in regulatory sanctions, BSA/AML, transaction monitoring, and USA PATRIOT Act.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams with clarity and comprehensiveness.
  • Experience driving multi-workstream / multi-project engagements to coordinated delivery plans and go-lives.
  • Operational familiarity with Client project management (PMLC) and technology delivery (TDLC) processes.
  • Experience engaging senior business and technology stakeholders to report status, generate sponsor engagement and drive to decisions.
  • Experience creating and delivering change management materials.
  • Experience supporting budget processes and forecasting.
  • Experience engaging with software vendor resources to drive delivery execution to timeline and budget.
  • Support team that’s directly accountable for driving successful results for Client LOB and ET teammates.
  • Bachelor’s degree or other relevant work experience.
  • Business analysis including delivery change management materials.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and product owners.
  • Two+ years of experience working on or with Agile teams.
  • College Degree in Computer Science, Math, or related field of study.
  • SAFe Scrum Master Certification or Certified Scrum Manager or other industry recognized Scrum Master certification.
  • Experience with Agile tools such as Rally, or PMLC.
