Our Retail Store and Live studio is located in Boca Raton, FL, where we buy, sell, and trade authentic preowned designer goods. Our clients love to see our artful curation of new arrivals daily. We specialize in sourcing from exclusive contacts and have obtained an amazing collection from our skillful buying and loyal customer base.


Position Overview and Role Description

As assistant to the buyer, you will play an essential role in assisting in the procurement, authentication and organization of the inventory. You will be responsible for communicating with the buyer daily, tracking and organizing inventory through various stages using Hubspot, and working closely with clients as the liaison between them and the buyer.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, has strong communication skills, is adept at time management, and has an eye for detail.

 


Responsibilities

  • Assist in inventory management and data entry using Hubspot
  • Maintain Appointments and Walk ins
  • Assisting Clients as they Drop off and Pick up order
  • Communicate with the buyer vrtually and in person
  • Provide ad hoc support around the office as needed


Qualifications

  • Baseline knowledge of brands and designers
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Experience in authenticating is not required but is a huge plus
