As an Estimator, you will play a key role in estimating and managing heavy civil projects throughout the Greater Phoenix area. While your primary focus will be on estimating large-scale projects, you'll also have the chance to manage select projects from bid award to completion, offering a full cradle-to-grave project experience.


What You'll Do:

  • Estimate and manage heavy civil construction projects throughout the Greater Phoenix area.
  • Take charge of projects from bid through to completion, ensuring successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team in a company with progressive leadership and a culture of excellence.

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in Heavy Civil Construction, with a strong background in excavation, underground utilities, site concrete, or paving.
  • Experience with ADOT (Arizona Department of Transportation) is preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency in Estimating software such as HCSS Heavy Bid, Bid2Win, Hard Dollar, AUTOCAD, Agtek, and/or Bluebeam.
  • Competency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A 4-year degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
  • Negotiated project experience and technical writing skills are a plus.
