  1. Strong WebMethods development experience
  2. Flow services
  3. Java services within WebMethods
  4. SOAP and REST API
  5. Knowledge of TN, Broker, mws
  6. Strong knowledge of XML and Json formats
  7. Understanding of CAF and Optimize for process
  8. Strong knowledge of relational DB (aka Oracle)
  9. Good understanding of WM IS configurations
  10. Good knowledge of shell scripting
  11. Process Models Development
  12. Source code management
  13. Ability to code in standalone JAVA is a plus
  14. Understanding of SDLC agile methodologies.
  15. Strong communication and analytical skills
  16. Experience in financial domain is a plus
