CEO of Long Beach-based marketing agency is looking for an executive assistant The role will start as part-time and may evolve to full-time. Will start mostly on-site, with remote flexibility.


Who we're looking for:

- Within 10 miles of Long Beach office

- 2 years of professional experience

- Highly organized

- Super personable

- Excellent writing skills

- Experience with Microsoft products, Slack, Zoom, Goolgle Docs, and other cloud-based productivity software


Responsibilities include:

- Managing CEO's calendar

- Daily email summaries

- Research

- Communicating with contractors

- Managing email inbox

- Data entry

- Manager communications

- Bill payments, purchases

- Onboarding/offboarding team members

- Requesting reports

- Confirming appointments

- General administration

- Sending physical mail

We are looking to hire in the next 1-2 weeks, with interviews starting within the next 1-2 business days. Looking forward to meeting you


Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
