Title: IT Project Coordinator

Location: Holyoke, MA

Duration: End of 2024+ Extension

Client: Energy firm


Responsibilities: IT Project Coordinator is responsible for working with IT Managers and Technical leads to plan, organize, coordinate successful delivery of IT initiatives. IT Project Coordinator will be responsible for these activities in multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to coordinate multiple projects with attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines

• Adaptable and a proactive in identifying and addressing project risks and challenges

• Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with individuals from various technical and non-technical backgrounds.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.

• A customer-focused mindset to ensure that project deliverables meet stakeholder expectations and address business needs effectively.


Minimum Requirement:

• A degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field

• 5 to 10 years’ experience as an IT Project Manager/Coordinator

• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for project management and reporting

• Demonstrated experience in agile projects

• PMP Certification is a plus
