The Digital Media Solutions team designs, manages and supports solutions for all in-store and corporate digital signage, print egineering and eSignature solutions.

What you'll do:

  • This role will manage a team of software engineers to architect and develop a brand new platform from the ground up.
  • Create and AI/ML model that will leverage device telemetry and support data to predict device malfunction/failures and apply corrective action programmatically.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across the enterprise in order to drive a roadmap that optimizes value.


What you'll bring:

  • Experience leveraging AI/ML to build custom models
  • Experience managing a team of engineers
  • Experience developing a platform from the ground up
  • Ability to partner with multiple stakeholders to develop and manage a roadmap that drives value.
  • Any experience in enterprise device telemetry or support is a plus.
