“NOTE: If selected for this position, you are required to perform ALL work within a commutable distance of your assigned Worksite Location. Three days a week onsite, Tues, Wed, Thurs, with Monday and Friday being remote”


Project Coordinator for Sunnyvale, CA for a long term Contract.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Resource Planning & Allocation, Budget and Program / Project planning.
  • Create Excel Spreadsheets for budget / resource allocation and tracking.
  • Metrics for total budget to actuals and budgeted labor to actuals / allocations
  • Coordination and reporting of project status reporting for multiple projects
  • Own and update document repository / Wiki


Required Skills:

  • 5 + years of Project Coordinator experience
  • Understanding Engineering experience
  • Agile Development methodologies
  • Preferred Front End project experience
  • Expert in Keynote and Pages
  • Able to Multi-task, project coordination and tracking.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and be able to react quickly to fluctuating deadlines.
  • Problem Solving: Proactive, ownership and ability to encourage others in collaborative problem solving.
