Senior Construction Project Manager


Location: West Henrietta, NY (Hybrid - 2 days a week in the office)


Targeted Years of Experience : 7-10 years


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate cross-functional work across multiple areas of expertise, including Real Estate, RF Design, Construction, Equipment Operations, System Performance, Transport, and Fiber.
  • Collaborate with external teams including utility companies, general contractors, OEM vendors, and municipalities.
  • Manage high-volume technical projects and programs, ensuring deliverables are met within schedule, budget, and quality goals using appropriate development methodologies.


Job Duties:


  • Manage all facets of high-volume technical projects, ensuring timely completion within scope, budget, and quality goals.
  • Facilitate regular meetings to review project status, gather updates, and provide reporting results for monthly/quarterly reviews, plan of record meetings, and project updates.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, coordinating across functional boundaries to ensure project success.
  • Utilize project tracking tools and systems to document milestone schedules, project issues, and overall project completions.
  • Identify, monitor, report, and resolve project-related issues that could impact deliverables and timelines.
  • Manage scope changes and communicate impacts to downstream teams.
  • Prepare and present key project and program materials to leadership and stakeholders.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with others harmoniously and achieve goals.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and make sound decisions in demanding environments.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple technical projects simultaneously and delivering on time.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and influencing skills, particularly in motivating non-direct reports.
  • Expertise in using the full suite of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suite (Google Sheets, Docs) with proficiency in data management functions.
  • Subject matter expertise in Wireless/Cellular/Telecom RAN technologies.
  • Experience in developing and implementing process improvements.
  • Project management experience in pre-deployment milestones, including leasing, zoning, and other critical stages.


Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree required).
  • 7+ years of Project Management experience with LTE RAN implementation.
  • PMP Certification is highly desired.
  • 7+ years of experience managing Macro and Small Cell implementation projects and driving cross-functional teams.


Logistics:

  • Hybrid Role: 2 days a week in the office (Upstate New York locations - Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse, or Albany).
  • Currently working from home, but the selected candidate may be required to work in the office at least twice a week in the future.
