This Contract role as an Onsite Financial Analyst in Richardson, TX will be responsible for the development of reconciliations and coordination of Pension and Benefit Trusts along with utilizing large data points to prepare/control/ and report out on.


 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares monthly journal entries related to retirement benefits and all corresponding monthly reconciliations.
  • Provide information and coordinates/supports analysis for audits including ERISA audit, includes statistical analysis for prior years financial statements, 5500 preparation, SAR, 990T
  • Supports and controls Retiree/LTD/life insurance census for outside actuaries
  • Ensures accuracy of records by reconciliation of internal and external Pension Plans and Trust activity.
  • Develop and maintain database on Medicare D Drug Subsidy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of accounting experience
  • Ability to work independently, analytical and organizational skills, see projects through completion
