Job Description:

Key Qualifications

• Analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills; able to analyze issues, including large data sets, to determine root causes and recommend solutions

• System knowledge: SAP, Agile

• Working knowledge of Excel and Tableau

• System configuration management, translating BOM setup into system readiness, comparing systems

• Change Management & Document Control: Setting up workflow roles, auditing changes for accuracy, system validations

• Interpersonal and verbal/written communication

• Ability to adjust priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Description

- Supports NPI, Sustaining, and compliance System Readiness. Work with upstream and downstream partners to troubleshoot and triage tickets

- Seamlessly support multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to set priorities across NPI, sustain programs and projects, and pivot between LOBs.

- Manage program implementation of Agile ECR, ECO, and MCO analysis, processing submissions to minimize processing time, data accuracy, and data integrity between submission and implementation, optimizing department throughput and SLA- Communicate project status

- Identify areas of improvement or gaps in current processes and develop strategies to promote efficiency and productivity.
