Responsibilities include:

• As the Shipping Manager, you will lead outbound shipments, overseeing Location Maintenance and Kitting Teams.
• Direct the picking and packing team, manage LTL and export shipping functions, and create/improve processes for top performance.
• Utilize metrics and data as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the ERP system for accurate and timely transactions.
• Oversee Front-Line Operations supervisor, selecting/developing individuals for future roles in Operations.
• Ensure efficient and accurate processing of parts, from arrival to availability for shipping.

What you need to succeed:

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a logistics/warehouse/distribution role.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations.
• Ability to start with the 12-8 shift for effective team operation.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
