  • Bachelor s degree required; MBA a plus\u00A0

  • Proficiency in an Equity Compensation consulting role, client management, or an administration team manager (corporate benefits, outsourcing, or consulting firm)\u00A0\u00A0

  • Minimum 3 years formal project management\u00A0\u00A0

  • Understanding of equity compensation and stock plan administration\u00A0\u00A0

Data Consulting engages in data quality improvement efforts that span single and multiple product lines (i.e. Health and Welfare, Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution, Stock Plan Services and HR/Payroll) within the implementation and ongoing servicing client lifecycle. This position is part of the Data Consulting practice which works with clients to help customize and optimize their workplace benefits administration. The team works closely with members of our Workplace Consulting organization, clients, Relationship Management and WI DC/DB/SPS Operations teams to deliver our highly customized solutions to our clients. Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs. Currently, most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of one assigned week per four-week period (beginning in September 2024, the requirement will be two full assigned weeks).
