Position Summary:


Our partner, one of the world’s foremost technology giants, is looking to add a Marketing Project Manager to their team. You will play a fundamental role in the execution of marketing initiatives for mobile devices, tablets, and related products. In this role, you will ensure that marketing campaigns and projects are flawlessly executed across both traditional and digital channels. You will manage the hands-on execution of campaigns, working with internal teams, external agencies, and regional stakeholders to ensure that marketing efforts are delivered on time and align with business objectives for the Latin America and Caribbean markets.


Experience and Education:


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing project management or execution.
  • Familiarity with both traditional media (TV, billboards, print) and digital media (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns for regional markets (Latin America and the Caribbean) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with mobile device marketing and understanding consumer electronics markets is a plus.

Primary Job Responsibilities:


  • Lead the execution of marketing campaigns for mobile devices, tablets, and related products, ensuring they are implemented on time and to the standards set by corporate headquarters.
  • Act as a liaison between internal marketing teams, external agencies, and regional stakeholders (sales, product, and finance) to ensure smooth campaign execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee both digital and traditional media campaigns (including TV, billboards, digital ads, social media, etc.) from start to finish, ensuring they meet the company’s brand guidelines and regional market needs.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns across various channels (digital and traditional), making adjustments in real-time to optimize effectiveness.
  • Coordinate and manage corporate events to showcase products, handling logistics and ensuring successful execution.
  • Manage marketing budgets for specific campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while meeting project deadlines and targets.
  • Adapt and localize global marketing strategies for the Latin American and Caribbean markets, ensuring regional relevance and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and deliver marketing projects efficiently, ensuring a seamless workflow and timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the execution of marketing campaigns by leveraging new technologies, tools, and best practices for project management and campaign optimization.
