KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a SDET: Selenium w/ C#, Postman, SpecFlow, Browserstack, and Azure DevOps

Purpose of Position:

As a Sr SDET, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and elevating the quality standards of our web-based applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated test frameworks and strategies to ensure product quality and reliability. Your deep understanding of C#, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, Selenium, SpecFlow, Azure DevOps, REST API testing, and Postman will enable you to tackle complex testing challenges and contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes.

Essential Functions

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts in C#, with a strong emphasis on the Page Object Model (POM) for enhancing test maintenance and reducing code duplication.
  • Utilize Selenium and SpecFlow for behavior-driven development (BDD) and testing.
  • Implement and manage continuous testing integration using Azure DevOps.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive suites of automation test plans and test cases.
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and develop effective testing strategies.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards and practices.
  • Analyze test results, identify issues and trends, and recommend solutions.
  • Responsible for the updating and maintenance of the existing Automation Framework using POM, ensuring it adapts to new challenges and technologies.
  • Be the voice for quality, and ensure all products and deliverables are thoroughly tested before release.
  • Support and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as needed.
  • Perform other business tasks or functions as assigned.
  • Report time and track tasks.
