Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of the project from start to finish.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring timely completion within cost constraints.
- Supervise and coordinate all site activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality requirements.
- Manage procurement of materials, subcontractors, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and delays.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a strong background in commercial or industrial projects.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing facilities is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.).
- PMP or similar certifications are a plus.
