We are looking for a full-time bilingual English-Vietnamese attorney to join our law office. The candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to
Vietnamese clients, as well as assisting with the firm's overall operation. Heavy focus on family law.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and representation to Vietnamese clients
- Draft and review legal documents
- Negotiate with opposing counsel
- Litigate cases in court
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in California
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
