  • Performance Testing: Design and execute performance tests (load, stress, spike, and endurance) to ensure systems meet business performance requirements and SLAs.
  • Test Strategy & Execution: Develop testing strategies, write test scripts, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Data Analytics: Analyze user behavior and client usage patterns to optimize test data and simulate real-world scenarios.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Work with project teams to schedule and report test outcomes, document defects, and communicate issues for resolution.
  • Process Leadership: Lead QA projects, mentor team members, and drive process improvements across the organization.
  • Automation & Tooling: Implement and enhance automated testing tools to improve testing efficiency and quality.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with third-party QA teams, offshore resources, and stakeholders to ensure smooth testing operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date on the latest QA trends and best practices and promote knowledge sharing across teams.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 5+ years in Performance QA, with hands-on experience designing and executing performance tests on large-scale platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, etc.), monitoring tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics), and data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Testing Tools: Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, LoadRunner, or Microfocus UFT.
  • Agile Experience: Experience working in Agile environments, with a strong understanding of Agile values and methodologies.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mobile & Web Testing: Experience with mobile testing tools (Appium, BrowserStack) and web/IOS testing.
  • Database & Cloud: Familiarity with relational databases, SQL, and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).
  • DevOps & CI/CD: Knowledge of DevOps practices and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
  • Certifications: SAFe Agile certification or Certified SAFe DevOps Practitioner.
  • eCommerce & API Testing: Experience with eCommerce platforms (Hybris, Adobe) and API testing.
