Responsibilities
Schedule Manager is responsible for organizing and overseeing every step of a client's project, ensuring smooth coordination between all parties involved. This role involves keeping everyone updated on the project's progress, timelines, and any changes. The Schedule Manager communicates with both sales representatives and clients as needed, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and that any issues are addressed promptly. Their primary goal is to streamline operations, prevent delays, and maintain clear, open communication throughout the project.
Qualifications
- Bilingual Proficiency: Must be fluent in both English and Portuguese. Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously, ensuring smooth coordination and timely completion of tasks.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to keep team members, sales reps, and clients informed, with the ability to handle complex or sensitive information professionally.
- Time Management: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and ensure that project milestones are met on schedule.
- Problem-Solving: Quick thinker with the ability to anticipate challenges, resolve issues proactively, and keep projects on track.
- Detail-Oriented: Keen eye for detail to ensure that no aspect of the project is overlooked and all steps are completed accurately.
- Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software and tools to efficiently track progress, assign tasks, and communicate updates.
- Collaboration: Ability to work closely with diverse teams, including sales representatives and clients, to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any conflicts or bottlenecks.
