About the Role:

We are seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Solution Architect with a strong background in SailPoint and BeyondTrust technologies to join our dynamic team. This is a strategic hire for us, aimed at individuals who are not just looking for a job but are passionate about making a significant impact within the company. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, ready to roll up their sleeves, and has aspirations of growing within their career, potentially leading and building an IAM practice.


Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end engagement, including pre-sales analysis, design, and implementation of IAM solutions.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and architecture of IAM solutions, balancing technical and functional/business architecture skills.
  • Play a crucial role in the development and expansion of our IAM practice, with the potential to build and scale a team under your direction.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and customer needs to integrate additional technology partners.


Key Qualifications:

  • Certifications: SailPoint Identity Security Cloud certification is required. BeyondTrust certification, especially in Privileged Access Management (PAM), is highly preferred. A CISSP certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Demonstrable experience with SailPoint and BeyondTrust technologies, particularly BeyondTrust Privileged Access Management. Experience with CyberArk is acceptable. Proven track record in solution architecture, with experience supporting engagements from pre-sales to implementation. Experience in leading IAM implementations, with a preference for individuals who have managed multiple projects.
  • Skills: Understanding of compliance frameworks, preferably SOX, is beneficial. While specific programming languages are not a priority, familiarity with compliance frameworks is preferred.
  • Leadership: Aspirations to build and lead an IAM team, demonstrating the ability to follow market trends and customer needs to expand the technology offerings.
