Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud EPM Specialist to join our team in Malvern, PA. This role will focus on leveraging Oracle's Enterprise Performance Management suite to drive financial planning, consolidation, and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), with strong experience in Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS), and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).


Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and manage the Account Reconciliation Cloud Service to ensure accurate and timely financial reconciliations.

Provide ongoing support and optimization for ARCS processes.

Implement and manage financial consolidation and close cloud services to streamline financial close processes.

Ensure accurate financial consolidation, reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Act as the subject matter expert for Oracle Integration Cloud, designing and implementing robust integration solutions.

Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle Cloud EPM applications and other enterprise systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure seamless data flow across systems.

Utilize Oracle cloud infrastructure to support and enhance EPM applications.

Manage OCI resources to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security of EPM solutions.

Provide technical support and consultation to team members and stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive EPM initiatives and projects.

Develop best practices, standards, and documentation for EPM processes and integrations.

Participate in EPM projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.


Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.

a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM applications, with a strong focus on ARCS and FCCS.

Extensive experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a must.

Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) for supporting and enhancing EPM applications.

Strong understanding of financial processes, consolidation, and reconciliation best practices.

Proven ability to design and implement complex integrations using OIC.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience in participating in EPM projects, with a track record of successful project delivery.


Preferred Qualifications:

Oracle Cloud EPM certification(s).

Experience working in the financial services industry.

Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
