About the Company and the Staff Accountant Position:

With a national reach, our client company is constantly expanding. They are looking for a motivated Staff Accountant who would be interested in moving up in their company. Fantastic benefits are provided and long-term careers are the expectation.

Responsibilities of the Accountant:

  • Full-cycle general accounting, and month-end close activities
  • Maintain general ledger accounts and handle journal entries
  • Bank and account reconciliations
  • Assist with financial statement preparation
  • Responsible for fixed assets
  • Assist with inventory management

Preferred Qualifications of the Accountant:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Accounting
  • 4 to 7 years accounting experience
  • Knowledge of GAAP
  • Proficient in relevant software such as Excel

The Staff Accountant role is fully onsite in Brook Park, OH with a salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 depending on experience.
