Position Overview:

Job Type: Full-Time Permanent

Schedule: Monday-Friday (No weekends) with hybrid flexibility

Responsibilities:

Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for a diverse client population.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Utilize evidence-based practices to address mental health concerns.

Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.

Accurately update EMR records in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.

Current state licensure as a Behavioral Health Therapist (LCPC, LCSW, PhD, Psy.D.)

Experience in outpatient mental health settings preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
