Location: Uptown

Contract/contract to hire and Contract Length: 12+ months

Requirements: Procedural Writing, Banking, Visio, iGraphics, OpenText

*Must have OpenText experience

Required experience: at least 5-7 years of procedure writing

Plus: Strong plus is experiencing speaking with SMEs to ask the right questions and then develop the process flow and the procedure documentation on top of it

Required Tools: Visio, iGraphics, OpenText

We are seeking a Senior Procedure Writer to develop and document business level procedures that align, and support processes owned by the enterprise function . In this role, the procedure writer will:

∙ Develop, document, and publish business level procedures.

∙ Review and update existing business level procedures.

∙ Be detail oriented when translating business process flows into procedures.

∙ Be proactive in asking questions for guidance and clarity.

∙ Collaborate and consult with peers, leadership, and subject matter experts.

∙ Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

∙ Support the drafting and publication of Job Aids and Resource Guides
