Marketing and Catering Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Catering Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our catering services and drive sales growth. This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and a passion for marketing and catering.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Develop Marketing Strategies:** Create comprehensive marketing plans to promote our catering services across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and traditional advertising.
2. **Brand Promotion:** Enhance brand awareness and visibility through strategic marketing initiatives. Develop creative content, including promotional materials, advertisements, and online content, to showcase our catering offerings and attract potential clients.
3. **Lead Generation:** Generate leads and inquiries through targeted marketing campaigns and networking efforts. Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our client base, including corporate events, weddings, private parties, and other special occasions.
4. **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, vendors, and other stakeholders in the hospitality industry. Understand clients' needs and preferences to tailor catering packages and services accordingly.
5. **Sales Strategy:** Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Collaborate with the sales team to identify sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
6. **Market Research:** Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and develop innovative catering offerings.
7. **Event Coordination Support:** Work closely with the catering team to coordinate events, tastings, and client meetings. Provide support as needed to ensure seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences.
8. **Budget Management:** Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources efficiently to maximize ROI. Track expenses, monitor performance metrics, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or catering management role, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, digital marketing, and lead generation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for food, hospitality, and customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
