Headquartered in Kent, WA with an additional manufacturing facility in Lowell, AR, we serve customers of all sizes coast to coast.

Who You Are | A successful candidate for this position will have experience in corrugated, digital, foam fabrication, display and retail packaging design, with a strong command of ArtiosCAD. They will demonstrate a proven track record of collaboration and industry success. They will be curious, creative, willing to learn, and committed to quality. In short, they will be a reliable expert for our clients and an invaluable member of our Design Team. Job Responsibilities

• Design of simple and complex structures.
• Import customer-provided files and convert to production ready files.
• Create samples/prototypes using either Zund or Kongsberg equipment.
• Meet with customers either remotely or in person.
• Competency in designing with a variety of materials.
• Knowledge of common packaging machines/manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of product specifications used in design.
• Proficient in ArtiosCAD. Knowledge of Solidworks is desirable.
• Develop product layouts and specifications.
• Achieve quick turn on projects.
• Effectively work and communicate with large and diverse sales force.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good understanding of package testing parameters.
• Ability to work independently, self-motivated with great problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Requirements:

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED; Certified Packaging Professional status or Packaging Engineering Degree desirable.
• 3 – 5 years of packaging design and manufacturing, with excellent knowledge of CAD and graphics software such as Adobe Illustrator.
