The Role: As our new Associate Attorney, you will:

  • Represent clients in court and mediations, handling family law cases including divorce, child custody, and support, as well as criminal defense.
  • Engage in legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and develop case strategies.
  • Offer legal advice to clients, helping them navigate their most difficult moments with confidence and clarity.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the highest quality of legal service.

Requirements:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Texas.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in family and/or criminal law.
  • Strong litigation skills, with a track record of success in the courtroom.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on compassion and client service.
  • A deep-seated desire to make a positive impact in the community.
