Job Description

As a BI Reporting Analyst II, you will play a crucial role in driving insights and enhancing the recruitment process. You will design and maintain automated dashboards for key metrics reporting, extract impactful insights, and present data narratives to stakeholders. Your work will directly influence Talent Acquisition strategies and improve customer experience. You will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Managers, Recruiters, and Sourcers to ensure data-driven decision-making. This role offers the opportunity to work on ad hoc and special projects based on evolving business needs and priorities.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain automated dashboards for Talent Acquisition metrics reporting.
  • Extract and present insights that drive business performance.
  • Segment large data sets and extract data using SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, and other BI tools.
  • Manipulate and combine data from disparate sources using tools like Alteryx, SAS, Power Query, and Data Bricks.
  • Analyze data using quantitative and qualitative methods.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition program teams as the data subject matter expert.
  • Compile and validate supporting data for operational metric reporting.
  • Provide commentary on insights and trends.
  • Continually evaluate and refine analytical approaches, processes, tools, and operations.
  • Build empathy around Talent Acquisition customers and improve the customer experience.
  • Work on ad hoc and special projects as needed.


Required Experience/Skills

  • Expert in Excel data modeling and analysis.
  • Proficient in data visualization tools, with experience in building reports and dashboards.
  • Experience with Alteryx or other data preparation tools.
  • Fluency in SQL and experience with large data sets/data warehousing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from data and trends.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate within a team environment.
  • Self-starter with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.


Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in recruiting analytics or technology companies.
  • Experience with Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI.
  • Passion for creating intuitive data visualizations.
  • Curious, analytical thinking style with a love of solving problems.


Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
