They are looking to hire Senior Automation Sales Engineer/ Manager for their Los Angeles, CAa and Houston, TX Offices as part of their expansion plans.

Customer profile:
End users/OEMs/EPCs/System Integrators
Industries: manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, pharmaceuticals, F&B etc.
Role Description:
- Develop Sales strategies.
- Conduct Market research, leverage network.
- Identify & Acquire new customers.
- Develop Marketing collateral.
- Generate Prospect funnel.
- Negotiate Contracts.
- Manage Client relationships.
- Account Management.
- Provide Regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities
- Collaborate with the team to drive revenue growth.
- Achieve sales targets.
Required Skills / Experience:
- 5+years of Experience in selling Control Automation and Engineering Services (PLC , HMI , SCADA , Electrical) in the North American Sub Continent.
- Knowledge of Industrial Automation products such as DCS, Robotics , PLC , SCADA systems
- Proven ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
- Experience across the entire sales cycle
- Experience in team/people dynamics, project management in Outsourcing/Off-shoring business model.
- Willingness to travel, ability to work independently, self-motivated and results-driven
- Strong business acumen with excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce will be a plus.
Education Qualification:
- Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical and Mechatronics
- Post Graduate with specialization in Management/Business will be an advantage
