Private Trust Company is expanding its team and actively seeking an experienced Trust Advisor to assist with supporting the Trust team in delivering high-quality service and fiduciary solutions to its UHNW clients.


  • Support the senior Trust team with fiduciary decisions and trust administration responsibilities.
  • Review cash transfers, investment actions, market value updates, proposed beneficiary distributions, and other trust accounting transactions.
  • Effectively handle numerous ongoing projects and prioritize tasks effectively with sound judgment.
  • Engage and coordinate with external client advisors such as investment advisers, accountants, attorneys, and family offices.
  • Adhere to all compliance procedures and reinforce a strong compliance culture with the team.
  • 3+ years’ experience in trust administration or planning with a focus on delivering the highest caliber of client experience (100mm+ level of clientele).
  • JD, CPA, or CTFA is a plus.
  • The company has a track record of advancing candidates sourced through our firm's recruitment efforts.
