About the Senior Business Analyst role:

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, identify opportunities, and develop comprehensive business cases to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities of the Senior Business Analyst:

  • Lead the development of business cases for new projects, process improvements, and technology implementations, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Conduct detailed analyses of business processes, financial performance, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, document workflows, and recommend solutions.

  • Present findings, business cases, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and project teams.
  • Provide expertise in data analysis, KPI measurement, and reporting to support informed decision-making.

  • Mentor and support junior business analysts, providing guidance on best practices and methodologies.

Qualifications for the Senior Business Analyst:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and presenting business cases to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and project management.
  • Experience with Hyperion or Anaplan
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and guide decision-making at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
  • The role is hybrid (3 days in the office) for Denver area candidates.
