I am currently working with a leading IT company, who are actively looking to hire additional in-house counsel to join their growing team in the Kansas City area.
Responsibilities
- You will work with the Deputy GC on Real Estate matters, including acquisitions / dispositions, tax incentives, leasing, zoning and land use, entitlements, real estate finance, as well as other real estate development activities.
- You will provide legal advice to the company's key stake holders - including general business and commercial law matters.
- Due to the company's rapid growth strategy, this role will have a strong emphasis on real estate matters.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Min of 3 years of post qualification experience - gained in either a law firm or in-house setting.
- Transactional Real Estate experience.
- Strong academics.
- Licensed to practice law in the United States.
- Business-minded and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing, entrepreneurial environment.
