When you join our company, you will help us as a Sr. Process Engineer:
- Monitor oil and gas production activities/data, creating production and decline curves;
- Prepare documentation related to oil and gas prospecting, exploration, production, and processing processes;
- Work on the sizing of production separator vessels;
- Create analysis reports for oil and gas treatment plants;
- Assist in the development of simulators and/or design tools for operational and processing units (and their components) in the oil and gas sector;
- Consolidate data reports from oil and gas operators for the ANP (Brazilian National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas, and Biofuels);
- Manage interfaces in engineering projects;
- Demonstrate proficiency with 2D and 3D design tools such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, Revit, and others;
- Develop team members by sharing knowledge;
- Propose solutions for clients aligned with industry innovations.
For this position, you must have:
- A degree in Chemical Engineering;
- Advanced knowledge of Refining Processes (especially Hydrotreating, Coker, Catalytic Cracking);
- Advanced knowledge of refining process equipment: heat exchangers, reactors, furnaces, fractionators, distillation columns;
- Experience in detailed analysis of process and equipment documentation to extract parameters, metrics, balances, and calculations for building Health Monitoring solutions for refining units;
- Preferably, knowledge in developing solutions with PI AF (PI Asset Framework), including expertise in PI AF Templates, PI AF Analysis, and PI Event Frames;
- Experience with data analysis/data science and/or historian solutions (PIMS);
- Advanced/Fluent English skills.
