Key Responsibilities
As the Human Resources Manager, you’ll be empowered to:
- Design and Implement HR Policies & Processes: Develop and standardize HR policies, SOPs, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and enhancing company-wide performance.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention: Drive proactive talent acquisition, recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning processes that position the organization for sustained growth.
- Employee Development: Establish performance management, training, and career development programs that foster individual growth and promote team retention.
- Compliance & Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, conflict resolution, and federal and state employment laws.
- Benefits & Compensation Strategy: Lead competitive compensation and benefits program research, aligning offerings with industry trends and company values.
Ideal Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
- Experience and Expertise: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Professional Certification: HRCI, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is highly valued.
- Industry Background: Background in industries that value operational and project-based work; experience in medium- to large-sized organizations (200+ employees) is a plus.
- HR Technology Proficiency: Skilled in implementing HRIS systems (such as Agentnoon, Lano, ChartHop, or Hibob) and advanced Microsoft Excel and database software knowledge.
- Language Skills: Spanish proficiency is preferred but not required.
