Our client is in need of a dedicated ERP Specialist (Analyst, Manager) focusing on Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018. Your main function will be to support users in their daily tasks and ongoing needs, including user education and training in Dynamics NAV functionality, as well as ongoing support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the on-site Dynamics NAV 2018 expert, specifically in areas of Manufacturing and Procurement.
  • Assist the warehouse team in utilizing Dynamics NAV 2018 effectively.
  • Address user queries and provide solutions based on Dynamics NAV 2018.
  • Conduct user training sessions to enhance understanding of Dynamics NAV 2018 and to increase efficiency.
  • Ensure that our recent Dynamics NAV 2018 Purchase Order process implementation continues to meet the needs of the business.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Mastery of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018 is ideal. However, candidates with experience in SAP or other ERP systems, coupled with a strong background in Manufacturing & Procurement, will also be considered.
  • Understanding of Relational Databases (utilized in ERP system).
  • Proven experience in providing ERP training and ongoing user support.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work directly with users and add value daily.


Note: As this is a hands-on role at our global headquarters, which is also a manufacturing site, please note that the environment may be older and is not always as clean as a typical office setting.
