Partners Personnel is seeking an B2B Collector with 5 years’ experience. This is a Contract to Hire Opportunity – Monday to Friday 8:00 to 5:00 pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect on past due balances to ensure timely payment and maximum revenue recovery.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Handle both soft collections (negotiation, payment arrangements) and hard collections (escalation, legal action) as required.
- Make critical decisions regarding credit extensions and collection strategies in accordance with company policies.
- Utilize strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
