A Senior Salesforce Consultant is responsible for playing a major role in the company’s solution advancement, in addition to growing their skillsets by pushing process and technology boundaries leading projects for our clients. Successfully delivered projects ensure we are able to upsell to current customers, and gain references to secure additional new clients. Delivery responsibilities include: ​


  • Establish trusted working relationships with our clients and maintain them over time ​
  • Ability to learn industry frameworks, trends, competitive offerings, and client profiles ​
  • Mastery of Agile/Scrum Methodology ​
  • Project management including budget, timeline, actions, and risk management ​
  • Knowledge of the Salesforce platform; including data model(s), configuration, setup, and best practices ​
  • Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and functional specifications ​
  • Demonstrate solid facilitation, presentation, and leadership skills ​
  • Task delegation to developers and analysts, in order to execute work. This requires more advanced technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform in addition to strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively manage task assignment across resources. ​
  • Scoping and solution design, including process documentation, Salesforce functionality elements, and level of effort ​
  • Actively work to expand customer relationships, identifying potential growth opportunities ​
  • Effectively lead, mentor, and manage more junior members of the team, such that they achieve their professional development goals ​
  • Maintain utilization targets set by your Manager ​
  • Maintenance of Salesforce Administrator and Service/Sales Cloud certifications ​


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business or equivalent professional experience or qualifications
  • 4 + years of Salesforce Consulting Experience including scoping, solutioning, and executing digital transformations. This includes Salesforce multi-cloud Solutions, Cross Team Solutions, and Integrations with various front end and back-end cloud-based solutions
  • Familiarity with a wide range of 3rd party Salesforce applications
  • Understanding of Salesforce data model, capabilities, and limitations.
  • Understanding of declarative Configuration
  • Experience presenting to clients or other decisionmakers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
  • Advanced MS Office
  • Proficiency in software development lifecycle methodologies (Agile preferred)
  • 4+Salesforce Certifications
  • Healthcare and Life Sciences experience is a plus
